Birmingham Office - UK Our Birmingham Office (located in Fletcher's Walk) provides a customer liasion suite, field support for our operators and (along with our office on-site at Birmingham international Airport) support for European, Middle-East and African operations (via our Gibraltar Office). Led by our senior field-operative Diana Hemmings, Birmingham was our very first office to be opened in 1919; and was our head-office until 1994 when the corporation moved it's staffing and administration operations to London. Our UK Supply depot is still located in the Midlands, at a secret location, though it too is now centrally administered from an operations support co-ordinator in London. Our Research and Design Labs were located here too in the early days, but are now based near Cardiff, where a coastal location affords the tech boffins with a range of testing scenarios not available in the Midlands.
